• We only store QR representations (textual or encoded data) you create within the app.

4. Data Deletion and Account Removal

You can delete your account at any time within the app. When you do:

• Your account and all associated data (including user information and stored QR representations) are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.
• Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

This section applies to QR Plus by Innovakement.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you have two options:

From Within the App

• Go to Settings → Account → Advanced → Delete Account.
• Confirm deletion.
• Your account information, QR codes, and sync data will be permanently and immediately deleted from our servers.
• This data cannot be recovered.

If You No Longer Have Access to the App

You can request deletion by contacting us at support@qrplusapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account for verification.

Retention Policy

When deletion is confirmed:

• All personal data, QR codes, and related information are deleted immediately.
• We do not retain backups or logs containing user data.
• No personal data is kept for any period after deletion.
